 Each thing is easier to draw if viewed as a set of separate parts. The cat consists of a body, head, limbs and tail. Each part can be represented by an oval, wider or flattened. First it is lightly painted with a pencil, then the outline is formed, and finally it is more boldly finished.
Finally the eyes and the muzzle are drawn.

 It's even easier to learn how to draw a cat by printing the pattern and exercising on it. The hand gets used to and then you will draw a nice cat yourself.
